Ride: Covered Bridges Ride by Jeff Schalk, Trek Racing Co-op
Description: The Covered Bridges Ride is all rolling terrain through iconic MD farmland and does not contain any significant climbs. The route passes all three covered bridges still in existance in Frederick County (only 6 total remain in the state of MD). The route also passes the historic Catoctin Furnace in Thurmont and the Fish Hatchery in Mountaindale.
