Frederick Keys vs Potomac Nationals – August 29th
Join Mayor McClement and the Frederick Bicycle Coalition on a ride to Harry Grove Stadium. Bring the kids out and arrive in time to watch the Frederick Keys play the Potomac Nationals*
The Frederick Keys will provide FREE ADMISSION for all who ride to the game with the Mayor.
This is a family friendly ride, so bring the kids! This game also is a Sunday Funday promotion where the kids can meet the team and play catch prior to the game.
When: August 29, 2010
Where: Leaving from the Baker Park Bell Tower at 12:45pm and arriving at Harry Grove Stadium at 1:30pm. Please arrive for the ride 15 minutes early.
*Please wear a helmet and bring a bicycle lock
The ride route will be as follows:
From the Baker Park Bell Tower to 21 Stadium Drive (1.14 Miles)
- Follow the multi-use path east along Carroll Creek
- Right on Court Street (Court Street turns into Ice Street, Ice Street turns into Broadway Street
- Left on Madison Street
- Right on South Market Street
- Right on Stadium Drive
- End at 21 Stadium Drive
